The Totality of the Threat, John Brennan, and the Evidence

In the swirl of the news stories following my interviews regarding the facts that make John Brennan unfit for government service in the National Security apparatus of the United States, few places in the media understand the issues or Mr. Brennan’s background and why it directly impacts his loyalties to America and his ability to fulfill those duties in any national security billet, specifically as the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI).  I want to do my best to clarify why Mr. Brennan is unfit to serve as America’s CIA Director.

Let’s get the elephant in the room out of the way first.  When Mr. Brennan was serving as the Chief of Station for the CIA in Saudi Arabia – the U.S. representative to the Saudi government for Intelligence matters – he befriended and was befriended by Saudi government officials, including Saudi intelligence officers.  This was a recruitment effort on behalf of Saudi intelligence – which is a very aggressive intel service.  They go after all U.S. government officials at one point or another in Saudi.  I have been to Saudi Arabia (both as a Marine and FBI agent) and worked cases with and involving Saudi intelligence.  Contacts of mine who are still in the active service of the U.S. government were present in Saudi Arabia when Mr. Brennan served there and have direct knowledge of his conversion to Islam.  These individuals are well-regarded in their agencies and have impeccable integrity.  Please understand they are in a tough spot and will not come forward to speak publicly on this.  Additionally, any more specific information about this will risk their anonymity as there are few folks who have direct knowledge of these matters.  To highlight the hostile intelligence operations against U.S. officials in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Brennan is only one of several CIA Chiefs of Station who converted to Islam while serving in their official capacity there.

While there is no way to corroborate Mr. Brennan’s conversion other than with the testimonies of these individuals, a great deal of factual evidence exists which demonstrates Mr. Brennan’s loyalties do not lie with the United States.  His support of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, and his refusal to investigate the Muslim Brotherhood’s activities in the United States despite a mountain of factual evidence are a significant data points that must be considered.  This past summer when Congresswoman Bachmann and four other Members of Congress requested the five senior Inspector Generals inside the government open investigations into the Muslim Brotherhood’s penetration of our system, Mr. Brennan literally laughed the matter off.  At a minimum, this is gross professional misconduct.  If he knows of the Muslim Brotherhood activities in the U.S. to undermine our society and intentionally fails to take action, this may be a criminal violation.

When Mr. Brennan calls Jerusalem “Al Quds” this cannot be written off as a minor matter.  Non-Muslims do not refer to Jerusalem as anything but “Jerusalem.”  Muslims refer to Jerusalem as “Al Quds.”  Overall, Mr. Brennan’s actions are actively supporting forces hostile to the United States.  At a bare minimum, questions must be asked to get to the truth.  To simply push off what is being revealed here is unprofessional.  If Mr. Brennan was not supporting our enemies, the idea of his conversion might be irrelevant.  However,  he is nominated to be the senior Intelligence Officer in the U.S. government and has a duty to know our enemies and take all actions to defeat them.  Aiding and abetting our enemies is not an option, and is criminal.

We must begin by understanding the ground truth about the threats we face today.  In 2001, do you think Osama bin Laden could have imagined that by 2013:  America would be defeated in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the U.S. State Department would write the Constitutions for those countries creating Islamic Republics in which Shariah is the law of the land; Muslim Brotherhood operatives would be advising the most senior civilian and military U.S. government officials with respect to how to fight the “War on Terror”; the U.S. would be $16 trillion dollars in debt; the Middle East would explode in a revolution led by the Muslim Brotherhood and the MB advisors to the U.S. government would get them to call it an “Arab Spring”; America’s two closest “allies” Egypt and Turkey would be controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood and become hostile to the U.S.; the U.S. government would provide financial and material support to Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood to defeat/kill Muammar Qaddafi in Libya; Jihadi wars in Africa would lead to Al Qaeda’s control of much of Northern and Central Africa; Political leaders in Europe who speak truthfully about the threat of Islamic expansionism would be criminally tried for their free speech rights, and would live under the threat of death from Muslims; and all training inside the U.S. government which factually details Muslim Brotherhood operations, the global Islamic Movement, and Al Qaeda’s stated threat doctrine (Shariah) would be shut down because Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood leaders in America complained this type of training is “Islamophobic?”

Do you think we are really winning this war?

This is a “Movement” and the enemy’s strategy is “Civilization Jihad.”  Subversion, political influence operations, recruitments of American leaders (political, military, religious, media), propaganda campaigns and the like.  Therefore, this is primarily a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE war – a war of information control, and less of a “counterterrorism” matter.

For the sake of time and space, I will not go through the history of the Muslim Brotherhood’s arrival in the U.S. in the 1950’s and their activities through today.  For more on the MB’s Settlement in America please see articles here, here and here.

As a summary statement, I will say that the vast majority of Islamic organizations in America today (and there are thousands) are controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood directly or are ideologically aligned with the MB’s strategy of “civilization jihad” to overthrow the U.S. government and implement Shariah through subversion and violence.  All Islamic advisors to senior U.S. government officials are also Muslim Brothers or closely aligned with the MB.  Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine, and is a designated terrorist organization.  As you may know, the largest terrorism financing and Hamas trial in U.S. history was US v Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (hereafter “HLF”) which was adjudicated in Dallas, Texas in 2008.  When it was indicted, HLF was the largest Islamic charity in America – and it was a Hamas entity.  At the time it was convicted, the federal judge made clear HLF and its leaders were Hamas.  The prosecution stated this in court documents and the evidence was overwhelming.  The judge ruled that the names of ISNA, NAIT, and CAIR would not be removed from the Unindicted Co-Conspirator list because they were all affiliated with Hamas front organizations HLF and IAP, and with Hamas headquarters in Palestine.

This is all relevant because understanding why John Brennan is unfit for duty as the DCI begins with his inability to discern between friend and foe.  Under the direction of Mr. Brennan, terrorists like Nihad Awad, the Executive Director of Hamas (aka CAIR) in the United States have been introduced to National Security staffs.  Under the Direction of Mr. Brennan, Imam Mohamed Magid, the President of ISNA, serves as the Advisor to Secretary Napolitano on her Homeland Security Advisory Committee, works with the National Security Council, advises U.S. leaders on matters of counterterrorism, advises Senate Committees (e.g. Senator Richard Durbin’s hearings), and is invited to the White House for functions.  ISNA certifies Muslim Chaplains for the Department of Defense and the Bureau of Prisons.  As many of you know, there are hundreds of other examples, but these are significant data points.

Finally, Mr. Brennan states that Al Qaeda is THE enemy we face in America.  This reveals a gross misunderstanding of our enemy by the man who is nominated to lead the CIA.  Mr. Brennan has never given any hint he understands the strategic relationships between the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC – all 57 Islamic States in the world), the Jihadi organizations (Al Qaeda, Hamas, and the hundreds of others), and the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as related movements (Jamaat I Islami, Tablighi Jamaat, etc).  Our enemy states they are fighting a “global Jihad” in order to establish the “Caliphate” under which “Shariah” is the law of the land.  Under John Brennan’s direction, the words Jihad, Caliphate, and Shariah, are not even allowed to be used by government counterterrorism officials.  This is POLICY at DHS.  This creates an atmosphere inside our government where we can never identify our enemy, which means we can never defeat our enemy.  This is exactly what the enemy intends.

Mr. Brennan has publicly stated that Al Qaeda supports a “perverted” form of Islam.  Yet all of Al Qaeda’s written and video statements have accurately sited Shariah for what they are doing.  In fact, 100% of all published Shariah requires Jihad until the world is under the authority of Shariah.  While our Muslim Brotherhood advisors tell our leaders there are “a thousand versions of the Shariah,” this is a lie.  All Islamic doctrine (including all school texts in Islamic schools at the first grade level around the world – as well as the United States) state Islam is a “complete way of life (cultural, social, military, political, religious)” governed by Shariah.  All Shariah requires Jihad until the Caliphate is restored and Shariah the law of the land.  100% of all published Shariah defines Jihad as “warfare against non-Muslims.”

Mr. Brennan either knows this or he does not.  Only two choices.  One has to ask, is Mr. Brennan so incompetent that he has never read any Islamic Law (Shariah)?  If the answer is yes, he is unfit for duty anywhere in our government where national security matters are concerned.  If he does know this but is acting as if he does not, then a criminal or National Security investigation should be opened immediately on him.
